We offer free worldwide shipping for all watch purchases. We send out all our parcels from Hong Kong via Fedex depending on the location & availability. You can expect your delivery within 5 to 10 working days from when your article leaves our warehouse.

If you're unhappy with your watch or watch straps, you have up to 15 days from the date of ordering to return them to us, unworn, for a full refund or exchange minus return shipping fees.

All of our watches come with a one-year warranty effective from the date of shipping. This warranty does not cover any damage caused to the watch through neglect, accidental damage, carelessness, improper use, or non-compliance with the instructions provided by Dennison Watch.

Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to our warehouse for order processing, but unfortunately this means your order cannot be changed or canceled after 24 hours. You must therefore return to your current order to get a refund.
