Return & Exchange Policy

At DENNISON, we are committed to providing a transparent, premium, and professional experience for all clients. 

All return or exchange requests must be submitted exclusively through our official Contact Page.

Customers must select the appropriate option in the form and include their order number along with the reason for their request.

Any return request sent outside this procedure may not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.

 

      Returns & Refunds

If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange your watch, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund, the watch must be returned:

- In unworn condition.

- With all original packaging, protective films, and accessories intact.

- Without any signs of wear.

Any watch showing marks such as scratches, removed or missing protective films, bent or soiled straps, or any other indication of use cannot be accepted for a return or refund.

If a customer chooses to return a watch for personal reasons, the return shipping fee of $30 remains the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refunded price.

Once the watch is received, inspected, and approved for a refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

      Exchanges: 

Manufacturing Irregularity & Faults

Any claim regarding a potential manufacturing irregularity or fault must be reported within 14 days of receiving the watch.

If the watch is not functioning properly, or if the stone dial shows a clear deviation from DENNISON’s manufacturing standards and is deemed defective in appearance or craftsmanship by DENNISON, the company will cover all costs associated with the exchange. This includes return shipping, shipment of the replacement piece, and applicable customs clearance fees (when applicable).

A replacement watch will then be sent at no cost to the customer.

Personal Preference

When a customer requests an exchange (for the same model or different) because the stone’s appearance differs from what they expected, DENNISON will first request clear photographs to assess the situation.

If our team confirms that the stone meets DENNISON’s quality standards and reflects the natural variation inherent to stone dials, the exchange will be processed under personal preference terms.

In this case, the customer is responsible for a $60 shipping fee, covering both the return shipping and the shipment of the replacement watch.

Customs fees & taxes, when applicable, will apply again to the replacement watch and remain the responsibility of the customer.

To ensure satisfaction, DENNISON may provide photographs of two stone options for the customer to choose from via email before sending the replacement piece.
